Before kids, I spent a lot of time in school earning a fancy Doctorate in Organizational Psychology. I worked throughout grad school and after mostly in the field of Talent Management (a specialty function of Human Resources). I thought about staying home with my kids, but hey, I was a worker. I wasn’t the “stay at home type.” After my first son, I worked a more flexible schedule and then part-time. With my second, I had every intention of going back to work…and, well, just never got there. So here I am. A stay at home mom with  5 1/2 and 3 year old sons. And I have to say…I’m still a worker. It’s tough work, but I wouldn’t trade it…not yet…well except on sick days or snow days…and, well, here comes the blog…
